Returns Policy

We offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a full refund. All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition with all packaging and any tags intact.

UK ORDERS:
There are two ways you may return it to us:

By using the prepaid returns label, created here:

You can use this label take to any Post Office (just keep a copy of the tracking number) and we will then deduct just £2 from your refund when the item is received back.

2) By sending your order to the following address using the courier of your choice. Please note this will be at your own cost and we recommend using a track-able delivery service.

Why are returns not free postage? We have two choices. We could add an amount to all postage amounts to cover the cost of returns and then offer 'free' returns, but this would mean everyone pays for only a few people's returns, we see this as being unfair, as we prefer to charge as little as possible to all of our customers.

We aim to process all returns within 3 - 5 working days of receiving them back and you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please return your order to us at the address above. Please note this will be at your own cost and we recommend using a track-able delivery service.  


EXCHANGES:
As we are a fast moving fashion company, styles and sizes are constantly selling out, we also refresh our collection every single week of the year. Unfortunately we are therefore unable to hold styles or sizes for you to exchange.

To avoid disappointment, if you require exchanges of a different style or size please return the original order for a refund and then place a new order for the desired style or size.


FAULTY ITEMS:
In the rare event that an item you receive is faulty or an item you receive is not what you ordered, please email help@spylovebuy.com and we will do everything we can to help you.
