How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at SPY LOVE BUY is easy:

• If you know what you are looking for, use the SHOES, BOOTS, MUST HAVES, NEW ARRIVALS and SALES as links. You can also shop by using the Quick Spy section on the home page or by free typing a search term in the search box.
• Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button.
• Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'TRASH CAN' link to delete items from your shopping bag or just revise the quantity manually and then clicking the update quantity button.
• Select your delivery country and shipping method.
• Click on 'PAY WITH CARD' or 'CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL to complete your order.

How can I pay?
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro and Paypal.

Do I have to order online?
Yes, as this is the safest and most secure method of paying.

How secure is your website?
As safe as it possibly can be.
We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by SagePay. All personal information is strictly confidential.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

How do I return an item?
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at SPY LOVE BUY without creating an account.

However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your SPY LOVE BUY account:

• Track your orders and review past purchases
• Build a customized Wish List to create personalized outfits that you can email to friends and family. Plus, you can also print your shopping lists and take them wherever you go!
• Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives
• Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
• Manage your account details, address book and email preferences

To create an account, simply click on 'My Account' and then 'Register' to fill in your details. Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders and refunds online.

By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter.

If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
If you find that your email address or password is not recognised, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us.

If you can't remember your password, just type your email address in and then click the 'Forgotten Password' box on the sign-in page. We will then send you an email with your new password, once you have logged on with your new password you can of course change it to something more memorable.
