UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £2.99 and is made using Royal Mail tracked delivery. This is quoted by Royal Mail as being a 2-3 Day service.

Special Offer : For all orders of shoes and boots over £50 delivery is free to the UK for a limited time only.



Special Next Day Delivery is £5.99 for as many items as you like and is made using Royal Mail Next Day. This is quoted by Royal Mail as being a next working Day service.

All orders made before 1pm will be dispatched the same day, all orders made after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day at the latest.

We attempt to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from when the order has been placed. A large percentage of orders get dispatched within 24 hours when placed on a working day.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you along with confirmation of dispatch.

If the item can be put through the letter box the postman will deliver it and it will be marked as delivered on the Royal Mail tracking system. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel and the item does not fit through the letter box then the postman will leave a card telling you how you can collect it.


Do you deliver to BFPO?
Yes we do. All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.


Do you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.


International delivery
International deliveries are made using Royal Mail, please allow 3-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. We attempt to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from when the order has been placed. A large percentage of orders get dispatched within 24 hours when placed on a working day.

Overseas shipping costs are as follows:
European: £8.99 for the 1st item and £5 for each additional item
Rest of the World: £12.99 for the 1st item and £7 for each additional item

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our products.


If your country is not listed, please contact us regarding shipping to your destination.


Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


Has my order been dispatched??
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.


I have received a faulty item
If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team by email sales@spylovebuy.com. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.

An item is missing from my order
All though we endeavour to ensure that all orders are correct, regrettably mistakes can happen. Please contact our customer service team sales@spylovebuy.com, who will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.


How do I return my item(s) for a refund/exchange?

If you are not 100% happy, according to distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days, however we allow up to 14 days (starting the day after the item is received).

Your item must then be returned to us, in its original condition and packaging, we recommend using a recorded delivery method.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to return your item.

If you would like to exchange your item, we can try our best to exchange the item for you in a different size or style but we cannot guarantee we'll have the item you need in stock. We only carry a certain amount in each style as fashion is changing constantly so please bear this in mind to avoid disappointment.

Any exchanges agreed are at our discretion and we cannot do an exchange if the size you now require has already been listed and we have no more in stock.
